Last week I had the opportunity to tour Oakridge Mobile Home Park in Sylmar.
I met with Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association to get an insight on mobile home park management and issues our park owners face. Oakridge Mobile Home Park is now one of the top 10 largest mobile home parks in California with 600 sites on the park.
