From Assemblymember Luz Rivas Desk – Establishing the Development of a Statewide Heat Ranking System

Extreme heat is the deadliest extreme weather occurrence. Last year, I passed #AB2238, establishing the development of a statewide heat ranking system. The Administration is on track to implement the system by the January 2025 deadline.
