From Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez Desk – Our First ever Blessing of the Animals at Orcas Park in Sylmar

Join us this Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 10:00AM to 2:00 PM, at Orcas Park in Sylmar for our first ever Blessing of the Animals at Orcas Park in Sylmar. LA Animal Services will join us and offer animal registration, vaccines, microchipping, and pet adoptions.

This tradition dates back to when farmers’ livestock was blessed to keep animals healthy and productive.
