From Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez Desk – DCA Seeking to Establish a Pre-Qualified Roster of Artists
The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) is seeking to establish a pre-qualified roster of artists for upcoming Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) projects.
