From Assemblymembrr Luz Rivas Desk – #AD39 has Access to Mobile Phone Services during Wildfires and Power Shut-Offs

Yesterday, I presented AB 2421 on behalf of my colleague, Assemblymember Bill Quirk. I am proud to present this important measure because AB 2421 ensures everyone from #AD39 has access to mobile phone services during wildfires and power shut-offs. We have to make sure that people can contact first responders and their love ones during an emergency. AB 2421 passed out of Assembly Local Government Committee with an 8-0 vote.
