From Assemblymember Luz Rivas Desk – Recognize Richard E. Byrd Middle School with Barona’s Education Grant

It’s my great honor to recognize Richard E. Byrd Middle School with Barona’s Education Grant from Barona Band of Mission Indians. This $5,000 grant will go towards updating the school’s library collection with approximately 250 books.
