From Assemblymember Luz Rivas Desk – Cecilia Rosales from Pacoima is Starting College at UC Berkeley
This week, Cecilia Rosales from #Pacoima is starting college at UC Berkeley, where she plans to study Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
She is a San Fernando High School grad and a DIY Girls participant. I was proud to nominate her for the $10,000 California Legislative Women’s Caucus scholarship, which she was awarded. The only woman in the state to receive the top 10K award!
