From Assemblymember Luz Rivas Desk – Appointed to the Select Committee on the Orange County Oil Spill

Thank you Speaker Anthony Rendon for the honor of appointing me to the Select Committee on the Orange County Oil Spill.

As Chair of the Assembly Natural Resources Committee, I look forward to working with the Chair, Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris, and the rest of my colleagues to evaluate the environmental and economic impacts of this devastating oil spill.
