From Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez Desk – Excited to be Part of the 55th Annual Pacoima Holiday Parade!
After a two-year hiatus, I was so excited to be part of the 55th Annual Pacoima Holiday Parade! The Pacoima Holiday Parade, a cherished tradition in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, holds a special place in my heart because I used to participate as a member of the Sharp Avenue Elementary School Drill Team.
