From Assemblymember Luz Rivas Desk – My Equestrian Rider Safety Legislation (AB 974) Signed by the Governor

Proud of the work we have been able to accomplish in Sacramento, and especially happy that we were able to get my Equestrian Rider Safety legislation (AB 974) signed by the Governor.

AB 974 will go into effect on January 1st, 2022, along with these other laws.
