Congratulations on your opening Fresh Start Healthy School Meals! Thank you for providing healthy, nutritious meals to our school children including those at Montague Charter in Pacoima. I’m proud to see that Fresh Start has roots here in Sylmar and in the Northeast Valley. I look forward to working with you in addressing the needs of our community.
