From Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez Desk – In partnership with Los Angeles Sanitation & Environment and LADOT, Removed the Inoperable Recreation Motor Vehicle and Trash

Removed the Inoperable Recreation Motor Vehicle

Recreation Vehicles (RV) have become a constant challenge across the city causing additional debris on our streets. It’s why I am working with LAPD, LADOT Official, and Los Angeles Sanitation & Environment to have a comprehensive approach to addressing the locations that pose a public safety risk.

Recently, during a CARE + operation in Pacoima, a reported hazardous recreational motor vehicle was towed. In partnership with Los Angeles Sanitation & Environment and LADOT, we removed the inoperable recreation motor vehicle and trash that was obstructing the public right-of-way. If you see an area in need of cleaning, call my Pacoima office at (818) 485-0600, Sylmar office at (818) 756-8409, or Sunland-Tujunga office at (818) 352-3287 so that we can identify an expedited solution.
