As part of my broader effort to invest in and deliver healthier, greener neighborhoods, my team partnered with Los Angeles Beautification Team (LABT), Equestrian Trails Inc (ETI), and Shadow Hills Property Owners Association (SHPOA) to plant 121 trees at Orcas Park and Hansen Dam.
Residents can request a free street tree by calling my Sylmar District Office at (818) 756-8409, Pacoima District Office at (818) 485-0600, or Sunland-Tujunga office at (818) 352-3287. You must be committed to watering the trees until established, approximately 3-5 years. All sites will be surveyed in advance to ensure eligibility.
