Great news! This week, Operation Bright SPOT (Strategic Partnership Outfoxing Trash) brought it’s services to Pacoima. The Operation Bright Spot team focused on Glenoaks Boulevard from Paxton Street to Van Nuys Boulevard. The team repainted existing red curbs, removed gum off sidewalks, power washed sidewalks, picked up illegal dumping and conducted weed abatement.
