All families deserve to live without fear and are entitled to public safety resources. I’m proud to deliver ten officers to the LAPD Foothill Community Police Station, assigned to the Community Safety Partnership (CSP) Program at San Fernando Gardens.
CSP is a proven model that strengthens relationships between communities and law enforcement — building trust, reducing crime, and enhancing public safety. Today I was proud to join Mayor Eric Garcetti, LAPD Chief Moore, Housing Authority of The City of L A, and residents to celebrate the launch of the only CSP program in the entire San Fernando Valley. This program will be instrumental in transforming relationships and help create an environment where families can feel safe to leave their homes at night.
